COSETENG LED PROMPT RELIEF OPERATIONS FOR FIRE VICTIMS

When fire occurs in an area, the residents try to save as much as they could from their burning houses.  The confusion that follows sometimes result to the untimely death of a baby or child or even a weak elderly to be forgotten and left behind in the blaze.
As soon as Councilor Julian M.L. Coseteng was informed of a conflagration in Barangay Old Balara sometime on January 18, 2011, he got worried because some of his staff are living nearby.  This prompted him to immediately organize a relief operations while checking on the safety of his staff and constituents.

Thanks for the timely arrival of firefighters that helped contain the fire in the area.  It is just sad however that 25 families lost their homes and belongings so quickly.  When a fire adversely dislocate families such as what happened in Barangay Old Balara, the fire victims somehow felt relieved as soon as they saw Councilor Coseteng and his staff distributing relief goods.
