The month of April 2011 had many public holidays, thereby limiting the conduct of anti-rabies campaign being pursued continuously by Councilor Julian M.L. Coseteng of the 3rd District of Quezon City.
On April 6, 2011, Barangay Villa Maria had 128 dogs treated by the Quezon City Veterinarian with the help of Coseteng’s staff and the barangay officials. Meanwhile, Barangay Duyan-Duyan, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Carlo S. de Mesa, made possible the conduct of this activity inside a school covered court with 135 dogs.
With coordinated efforts, Coseteng was happy to witness the success of his continued anti-rabies campaign that have been very effectively and efficiently conducted in line with his desire to protect and secure the safety of his constituents.
