As soon as reports of a fire in an area within the 3rd District of Quezon City, Councilor Julian M.L. Coseteng loses no time in organizing relief operations to help alleviate the plight of the hapless fire victims. It is indeed unfortunate to lose one’s home and belongings – more so to lose a loved one in the conflagration.
Coseteng was distraught to learn that 16 families in Barangay Pansol were adversely affected by a fire that occurred sometime in November 1, 2010, the day when most of the residents were visiting their dead on All Saints’ Day. The quick response of firefighters helped control the fire before it spread to nearby houses in the area.
The fire victims were happy to receive the relief goods handed out to them by Coseteng and his staff.
