Taking advantage of the free medical services conducted by Councilor Julian M.L. Coseteng through the kind assistance of the Quezon City Veterinarian, he continued to pursue his anti-rabies campaign in other barangays in the 3rd District of Quezon City.
With dogs numbering 102, this worthwhile activity was conducted at the mini-plaza of Barangay Claro (Project 3B) with the help of barangay officials as the first batch to be treated in March 2011. At the mini-plaza of Escopa 1 in Project 4, 130 dogs were treated. Barangay San Roque followed with the conduct of the anti-rabies vaccination in front of its barangay hall with 140 dogs. Barangay Ugong Norte had 125 dogs lined up for treatment at the club house inside the Corinthian Gardens. The activity finally took place in front of the Barangay Hall of Barangay Loyola Heights with 118 dogs receiving the required anti-rabies vaccination.
Coseteng vowed to be able to cover all the barangays in this district before the end of 2011.
